I've never taken a multi-vitamin before so I have nothing to base these on, but like every other ON product, Opti-Men are awesome. I feel great. I have more energy. My attitude is overall better than it has been in the last couple months (thanks COVID).
Do they smell? Yeah, kinda. Doesn't matter tho, down the hatch quick and you're fine. Are they big? Also, kinda. They are smooth enough that their larger size shouldn't matter. Is it annoying to take them 3 times a day? Yeah absolutely, no denying that but the benefits of spacing dosages out allows your body to absorb most vitamins than if you just front load them with one dose.
Overall, I intend to keep on taking these for the foreseeable future and at their price point, its hard to argue.
