At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States. Any special requests, please email us at Info@CoalitionNutrition.com
It depends on where you are. Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Friday and before 12noon on Saturdays are processed the same day. Once it leaves our facility it's in the hands of the carriers.
We use all major carriers. Mostly USPS and UPS.
Product
Our return policy for non-defective product is 14 days from your order date. If product is defective for some reason (shipping or manufacturing), it needs to be reported at the time of receiving your order so we can correct it. We do not accept returns for flavor dislike.
You should take a picture immediately and file a claim with the carrier. All claims have to be filed by the recipient.
