Protein Rice Crispy Treats

Protein Rice Crispy Treats! These are much more macro friendly than the traditional marshmallow treats, and the texture came out exactly the same!
I used Rule1’s vanilla butter cake protein from @coalitionnutrition which gave the bars a mellow, vanilla flavor that paired well with the peanut butter 😛

Here’s the recipe for you guys, this a simple base recipe with so much potential to add different mix-ins and toppings. Let me know if you try it!

2. Add the cereal to the peanut butter mixture. Use your hands to gently fold the rice crisps into the mixture, don’t be timid, really get in there and mix it all well! Then, pour mixture into a greased 9x9 pan.
3. Using a spatula, spread mixture out evenly and press into pan so the bars are compact.
4. Place into freezer for at least 30 minutes
