Redcon 1's Total War Pre Workout
The newest pre-workout to hit our shelves is Total War from Redcon1. Those that are familiar with the industry know that Redcon1 is Aaron Singerman’s newest brain child. Though he has been wrapped in some controversy recently, this product speaks for itself. Here’s what we like:
Citrulline Malate - 6 grams - The clinical dose of one tried and true pump compounds
Beta Alanine - 3.2 grams - Just below the recommended daily dose of 3.6 grams, this amount is surely able to light you like a christmas tree
Agmatine Sulfate - 1 gram - The perfect dose to tag along with citrulline malate for a wicked pump
Caffeine Anhydrous - 250mgs - Not too heavy, not too light, solid dose with other stimulants surrounding it
N-phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate - 125mg - Many consider this a potential replacement for DMAA though not as strong. You will get a very nice euphoric effect from this compound.
2 Aminoisoheptaine- 100mg - (DMHA) This compound is very similar to DMAA and AMP Citrate in structure but tends to be closer to DMAA in effect. Those that find DMAA too strong should find that this compound hits the sweet spot with focus and euphoric like effects by raising dopamine and norepinephrine levels.
Theobroma- 50mg - Very similar to caffeine though not as potent.
Higenanmine HCL - 25mg - Helps use fat as energy while increasing heart rate and sparking the release of adrenaline.
To start, we’re obviously very pleased with the fully disclosed label, that being said, we’re also pleasantly surprised with the potency and effectiveness of Total War. The balance of focus, stim, and pump combine for a very well rounded hard hitting pre-workout that could rival that of Enraged. The flavor is something you actually look forward to as well. We’d venture to say that Total War has the potential to move it’s way up to being one of our top pre’s, only time will tell.
