BCAAs: Aminotaur has 7 grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) with 5 grams of leucine and 1 gram of isoleucine and valine. Though not at the normal 2:1:1 ratio, Aminotaur doesn’t cheap out on the muscle building top dog, leucine. BCAAs will help accelerate muscle protein synthesis, recovery, and spare glycogen during intense workouts.
